THE STUDY has started training the candidates for interview from the year 2004. After the mock interviews during the session of training, the personality of students is analysed with the help of video clippings. For this process, help from professional psychologists is also sought. Guidance is available from the specialist having first-hand experience of interviews for Civil Services Examinations. In this process our main thrust is on analysis of bio-datas, interests, home states and important aspects of optional subjects. Discussions and seminars are also held on contemporary national and international issues. During the session, the main emphasis is on increasing self-confidence of students and to remove the negative aspects of personality, which can be cured.
